Features of removal of coloring substances during bleaching vegetable oils

In modern conditions of vegetable oil processing, the issues improving quality and safety refined oils remain relevant. It has been noted that most effective one is complex or complete refining oils, which ensures removal main groups related substances by traditional improved methods. The complexity organization technology associated with accompanying oxidation at certain stages a decrease in their resistance to during storage. Moreover, this characteristic time-consuming operation adsorption bleaching when using acidactivated mineral adsorbents containing active metals contribute activation oxidative processes. A new approach removing coloring involves use «wet» method clarification hydrated wet oil. This helps reduce bleached high level clarification. effectiveness increased due mixture adsorbents, ability enhanced mechanochemical (MHA). plant adsorbent obtained from dried crushed pea leaves pectin hemicellulose effective. MHA contributes effect on treated system local pressures shear deformations, activate properties modified mineral-vegetable increases its selective effect. proposed sorbents reduces accumulation products it storage, improves oil, should provide final stage – deodorization.
